Classic Mini Cooper Restoration
The Mini Cooper underwent a high-quality full restoration at 2Refinish Classic Cars, based at Hinckley in Leicestershire, East Midlands.
The refurbishment consisted of a partial engine rebuild, with the cylinder-head being reconditioned.
The bodywork had some fabrication and welding done, removing areas of corrosion from over the years of use.
After preparation and receiving body protection, the bare shell was fully resprayed inside and out in the original British Racing Green colour scheme. The subframes were blasted and powder coated, then re-assembled with new parts.
Mini Heritage parts were used where possible during the restoration project in our Classic Car Workshop, complementing the Mini Coopers refurbishment to a high standard.
The fully restored British classic icon now has a new lease of life for many more years to be enjoyed on the UK roads, as the legendary John Cooper intended.
